Refund Policy – PC Games Vault

Overview
At PC Games Vault, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us.

Refunds are available if an item is not as described, arrives damaged, or the wrong product is shipped.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will cover return shipping.
In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including any packaging and inserts when applicable.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only. Store credit is not offered at this time.

We do not offer digital products. Digital items are not eligible for returns.

Contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide next steps and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.
