Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Curse of the Azure Bonds (1989) IBM PC - 5.25” Disks

Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Curse of the Azure Bonds (1989) — IBM PC, 5.25 inch

About the game: The second game in SSI's celebrated Gold Box series of Advanced Dungeons and Dragons computer RPGs, developed and published by Strategic Simulations in 1989 as the sequel to Pool of Radiance. The party wakes up in Tilverton cursed with five magical 'azure bonds' tattooed on their arms, and must track down the five evil masters behind them across the Forgotten Realms. It added the Paladin and Ranger classes and remains a landmark of tactical turn based CRPG design. Trivia: the game is a loose sequel to the 1988 novel Azure Bonds by Kate Novak and Jeff Grubb, first book of the Finder's Stone trilogy.
