Armor Command (1998) — Ripcord Games, PC Big Box
About the game: The 1998 real time strategy game developed by Ronin Entertainment and published by Ripcord Games, designed by Edward Kilham, co designer of Star Wars TIE Fighter. Set in the year 2910, it pits the United Terran Federation against the alien Vrass slaver empire across 44 missions, blending base building and resource management with 3D combat in which players fight from inside their own command vehicle. A lesser known but ambitious RTS from the genre's golden age.
