Bad Blood Big Box PC Origin Chris Roberts 1990 Complete 5.25 Inch Disks

Bad Blood is a post apocalyptic action role playing game from Origin Systems, designed by Chris Roberts and released in 1990, the same year he launched Wing Commander. In a world devastated by nuclear holocaust, the pure blooded humans have sworn to exterminate their mutant cousins, and you play a mutant chosen to stop them: cross the searing wastelands, talk to the survivors in ramshackle towns, fight slavers, buzzars and mutated monsters in real time arcade combat, and find a way to prevent the extermination before it is too late. The game mixes top down exploration with a fast moving, menu driven conversation system, and the package is pure Origin: cover art by Larry Elmore, and an in world bestiary, Thale's Comprehensive Guide to the Beasts & Savages of the Plains, written as an artifact from the game world itself. The box carries Origin's badge of the era: "From the Creators of Ultima."
