Daryl F. Gates' Police Quest: SWAT (1995) — Big Box PC CD-ROM, Sierra
About the game: Sierra On-Line's 1995 tactical police simulation, the fifth Police Quest title and the first SWAT spinoff. Presented with the endorsement of former LAPD chief Daryl F. Gates, it blends full motion video adventure material with training scenarios and procedural tactical simulation. A departure from the series' adventure roots, it set the template for the SWAT line that followed.
