Fiendish Freddy’s Big Top O’Fun (1989) By Mindscape - IBM PC - 5.25” Disks
Fiendish Freddy's Big Top O'Fun (1989) — Mindscape, IBM PC, 5.25 inch Disk
About the game: A circus themed multi event sports game in the Epyx Games tradition (California Games, Summer Games), developed by Gray Matter under designer Chris Gray and published by Mindscape. A greedy banker demands the circus repay $10,000 or face demolition, so the player competes in six acts, diving, juggling, trapeze, knife throwing, tightrope and human cannonball, for clown judged prize money while the evil clown Fiendish Freddy sabotages the performances. Trivia: the Commodore 64 version was included on the cartridge bundled with the ill fated Commodore 64 Games System console. Note: the listing dates this copy 1989; most published sources date the 16 bit releases to 1990, so the exact release year should be confirmed on the box.
