Global Conquest PC Big Box - With Strategy Guide - 3.5” + Sealed 5.25” Floppies
Global Conquest (1992) — Big Box PC Game, Strategy Guide, Dual Media
About the game: Developed by Ozark Softscape and published by MicroPlay in 1992, designed by the legendary Danielle Bunten Berry (credited as Dan Bunten, creator of M.U.L.E.). Global Conquest is a four player strategy game of exploration and conquest on procedurally generated worlds, with espionage, economics and military combat, playable by modem or direct link. It matters as one of the first commercial games designed for modem multiplayer, and as the expanded successor in spirit to Bunten's Command HQ. Trivia: the box advertises a free issue of Strategy Plus magazine inside.
