LSDA / Lord of the Rings BFME II Rise of the Witch-King (PC, 2006)

The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth II — The Rise of the Witch-king (2006) — PC Expansion

About the game: The Rise of the Witch-king is the official 2006 expansion pack for The Battle for Middle-earth II, developed by EA Los Angeles (with BreakAway Games) and published by Electronic Arts. Its prequel campaign follows the Witch-king of Angmar's rise to power, domination of Angmar and destruction of the kingdom of Arnor, with story material drawn from Tolkien's appendices to The Return of the King. It adds the new playable Angmar faction, new units for all six existing factions, elite hero units and expanded War of the Ring scenarios — and it was the last game in the Battle for Middle-earth series.
