Speed Busters (1998) — Big Box PC Game, French

About the game: Developed and published by Ubisoft in 1998 (known as Speed Busters: American Highways in North America), Speed Busters is an arcade racer with 60s style muscle cars, police chases and cross country races across the USA. It matters as Ubisoft's answer to the arcade racing boom of the late 90s, with multiplayer and a tongue in cheek tone. This is the French version. Trivia: the box promises "à fond la caisse", full throttle all the way.
