Star Control (1991) — Sega Genesis, Complete In Box
About the game: Star Control is the 1991 Sega Genesis port of Accolade's 1990 space combat strategy classic, led by Fred Ford of Toys for Bob. It was one of Accolade's first releases under its premium Ballistic label and was touted as the first 12 megabit Genesis cartridge, with Boris Vallejo box art. It lacked the PC version's scenario creator but added extra pre loaded scenarios, and the game was central to the landmark Sega v. Accolade lawsuit over reverse engineering.
