About the game: The 7th Guest is an interactive movie puzzle adventure developed by Trilobyte and published by Virgin Interactive Entertainment in April 1993. Set in the haunted mansion of toymaker Henry Stauf, it unfolds a horror story through live-action video clips and a series of logic puzzles. It was one of the first games released only on CD-ROM, sold over two million copies, and alongside Myst helped drive adoption of CD-ROM drives.
