The Patrician (1992) — PC Big Box, French Edition, 3.5" Floppies

About the game: The Patrician (Der Patrizier) is the 1992 historical trading simulation developed by Ascaron Entertainment, then credited as Ascon, and published by Triptychon Software. You play a merchant in the cities of the Hanseatic League, building trade routes and a business empire on supply and demand economics, with the goal of being elected leader of the League itself. It was Ascaron's debut game, a German market hit that founded a trading simulation series that went on to sell over two million units.
